Gray, TN location coming Fall 2025!

Right now, Victory Vision, PLLC provides low vision services to northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia on a mobile basis by working with partnering clinics, but we will have a permanent location by the end of fall which will allow us to expand and provide comprehensive optometry and optical services! As a resident of Gray, Dr. Howard is thrilled to establish her business in Gray too.

Our Services

We provide comprehensive optometry services including pediatric exams, vision care, soft and speciality contact lens fittings, Low Vision services, urgent visits, minor procedures, management of ocular conditions such as dry eye, glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and more! We will meet your eye care needs with the latest technology and friendly smiles. Our optical will help you customize eyewear to serve your lifestyle and personal style.

Low Vision

Low Vision is the classification when someone’s vision is permanently damaged by eye disease like macular degeneration, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, or inherited conditions. Those with low vision may have blurred vision, loss of central or peripheral vision, distorted vision, or problems with contrast or glare which can affect their activities of daily living and independence. Dr. Howard can help people with low vision maximize their remaining vision with special aids like filters, magnifiers, telescopes, and digital devices. Meet the Doctor

VICTORIA HOWARD, OD

Dr. Victoria Howard graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a concentration in Microbiology as a Roan Scholar. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in 2019 before moving back home to the Tri-Cities. Dr. Howard decided to create Victory Vision, PLLC to break free of industry norms that inhibit the patient experience. Her favorite part of her job is building relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their needs and educating them on their eye health.

Victory Vision, PLLC uses membership plans so we can offer you the best care. Membership plans are a subscription-style way to manage your eye care with straightforward benefits for vision and medical services at our office as well as discounts on materials. For members, all services recommended by the doctor are included for the year. Whether you need a routine exam, glaucoma testing, a red eye check, or metal removed from your cornea, it’s included in your membership! Membership fees can be paid monthly or annually, and there are no copays or deductibles.

We are out of network with all insurance plans so that we are not limited by insurance restrictions on your care. The direct care model allows us to spend more time with each patient to provide the most thorough exams and answer all of your questions in a relaxed environment. A membership is not required for service if you’d prefer to pay a la carte.

Age 0-49 Plan

1 year contract includes:
Unlimited services for 1 year to evaluate and treat the ocular health and prescribe spectacles. Exams, follow ups, refraction, retinal scans and photos, and minor procedures all included!*
30% off Rx spectacles
20% off non-Rx sunglasses
10% off OTC products (eye drops, supplements)
*Diagnostic testing and procedures as ordered by the doctor. Excludes: Low Vision services, Contact Lens services

Age 0-49 Plan & Contact Lens
